PhD
I hold a PhD, an MBA, a Diploma in ABET, PCTD, REQV 14 (South Africa), and a BA (FA). As a Cambridge-trained assessor, I have extensive experience teaching A2, AS, and IGCSE English, alongside the IB curriculum. My academic and professional background also includes developing English Literature materials, having been selected to contribute to their writing.
I focus on developing students’ English language and literary analysis skills through curriculum-based teaching. My approach supports reading comprehension, critical thinking, written expression, and preparation for curriculum-specific assessments.
M. Sc chemistry
My tutoring approach is student-centered, focusing on clear concepts and easy understanding. I use simple explanations, real-life examples, and interactive methods to make learning effective. I communicate in a friendly and supportive way, adapting to each student’s pace to build confidence and improve results.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and M. Sc chemistry. I have experience teaching school students with a focus on clear concepts, interactive learning, and easy explanations. My students have improved their understanding, confidence, and grades through my guidance. I also help with exam preparation in a supportive and friendly environment.
Masters in life Science
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and have been teaching since 2023. I specialize in Biology, supporting students across different grade levels, from foundational learning to exam preparation. My focus is on strengthening subject knowledge, addressing learning gaps, and helping students develop a clear understanding of key concepts.
My teaching philosophy is student-centered and adaptive. I utilize inquiry-based learning to encourage critical thinking rather than rote memorization. By using real-world examples and interactive tools, I make abstract concepts tangible. My guidance style is encouraging yet structured, ensuring students feel supported while remaining accountable for their progress. Communication is a priority; I provide regular, detailed feedback to both students and parents to ensure we are aligned on goals. I aim to create a safe environment where questions are welcomed and every small win is celebrated.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems
My degree in Business Information Systems supports my teaching in Business, Economics, and ICT, as well as subjects such as Biology and English. I have been tutoring since 2024 and have also worked as a Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) tutor at university, facilitating group learning for complex degree-level modules. I have experience teaching in digital classrooms, and I have supported Grade 9 students who later moved on to advanced IGCSE tracks.
I use active learning and scaffolding to guide students towards understanding rather than simply giving them answers. Drawing on my PASS training, I use targeted questions and collaborative problem-solving to help students work through concepts. For younger learners, I use multimedia resources and gamified milestones to keep lessons engaging. I also connect ideas across subjects, using English literacy techniques to help students understand Biology concepts and Economic theories. I communicate proactively with parents, provide post-session feedback, and encourage students to ask why as well as what.
